Knitting Heaven

Recently I had the privilege of attending Stitches South in Nashville.  This was my first time to attend a Stitches event.  I met the most amazing people, and by amazing, I mean people that love knitting as much as I do. Knitters have their own language, secret handshakes, and inside jokes. It was wonderful to be among my people.  I did a little shopping.

I took lots of great classes. One of my favorites was with Nicky Epstein. She is a doll and so much fun. The class was called "Block Party". We learned all kinds of things you could make with a knitted block.

Another one of my favorite classes was Abacus Bead Knitting with Betsy Hershberg.  Here's the bracelet I made.
