Spring Fever

I'm really suffering today from the dreaded SPRING FEVER!  It was a beautiful sunny day with puffy clouds and blue skies.  Did I mention the high today was 78°F?  Exactly one week ago I had over 6 inches of snow on the ground.  The crocuses have popped up and are buzzing with bees.  The gorgeous color makes me want to find some vibrant purple yarn to cast on a shawl for spring.

One of my favorite things about living in Tennessee is our four distinct season.  Right when I start getting tired of winter, snow, and dreary gray days, the flowers start blooming and the sun starts shining.
